Taking Care to Self-Care
Sometimes the struggle is REAL when it comes to prioritizing self-care, for me! It seems that because of the lifestyle I lead – and my tendency to take on more than I probably should – getting sufficient sleep, maintaining adequate exercise and giving my body the fuel it needs will probably be something I need to continue to go out of my way to prioritize.
Now that I’m into my summer schedule, I’m so looking forward to having a slightly slower pace and getting into a summertime self-care routine! Have any of you found any tips or tricks for keeping self-care a priority??
